Approximately 12 independent units along with a Common Space owned by the community.

A larger and shared Common Space which offers residents opportunities to spend time together and for activities such as shared meals, hobbies, and entertainment.

A diverse array of people which includes children, seniors, and pets.

Residents will have the opportunity to develop, plan, own, and manage the development. Our goal will be to have residents meet and share leadership roles according to their strengths and preferred level of involvement.

We will utilize a consensus decision making model (discussed in more detail below) and will be cooperative and collaborative in order to achieve consensus wherever possible.

We envision hosting events, working on projects, and sharing skills together. The diverse interests, experiences, and skills of our residents will provide the foundation for ongoing learning and community.
